Created the CVS module `books', added a tutorial directory and populated
it with the first few files.

books:
	New CVS module created.

books/tutorial:
	(Added)  This is where the tutorial book files will be kept.

/books/tutorial/Topics:
	(Added)  The general list of topics to be covered in the
	tutorial book.

/books/tutorial/hello-world.txt:
	(Added)  "Hello, world!" in Mercury.

/books/tutorial/types.txt:
	(Added)  An introduction to types in Mercury.
