(The term "bug" normally means a software error,
rather than a documentation error.)

Also you should explain what you mean by "Operator terms".
Even "priority" is not clear in this context.

But really I'm not sure this is even worth mentioning in the NEWS file.
We've fixed several other errors in the reference manual without
documenting them in the NEWS file.
