I prefer the version with a space ("Managed C++").
The new code should continue to support that, IMHO (the diff above does not).
In fact I'd rather the version with a space be used as the canonical name:
Is there any reason that this needs to not have spaces?
If not, why not just use the ordinary English usage, which has a space?
