Are these part of the .NET Beta 2 SDK?

If so, it would help to say so.

If not, it would be better to start that with "You need a copy of
Visual Studio 7.0." before "The Visual Studio 7.0 binaries must be in
your path ...".  There should also be a pointer to where they can be
obtained from.
