[m-rev.] diff: update GC version to 6.0alpha6

This change seems to have broken my compiler -- I can no longer compile
the boehm_gc directory at all.

The error is:

ptr_chck.c:19: private/gc_priv.h: No such file or directory
ptr_chck.c:20: private/gc_mark.h: No such file or directory
