[m-dev.] 20.06 release, outstanding changes?

Hi all,

The Xcode 11 configuration test is the last change I needed for the 20.06 
release.  I will merge it on to the release branch tonight.  Does anybody
else have changes that need to go onto the release branch?  If not, I will
finalise the 20.06 release.
