No, all the spam is historical, we havn't had any new spam in the lists on
my server (I'm not saying that it's impossible).  When (if?) we find it all
then rebuilding the archives should be necessary.

I don't know how mailman works, but I'm guessing that if a message is
deleted, only later message's URLs are effected.  (Like deleting an item in
an array.)
