[m-dev.] --optimize-stack-slots

Hi Mercury Devs,

In the top of compiler/stack_alloc.m, a comment refers to
--optimize-stack-slots which alledgedly uses a different algorithm.  Hwoever
mmc doesn't recognize this option and I cannot see it in compiler/options.m.
Has it been removed or was it never added?  I'd like to test my code with it at
some stage.
