[m-dev.] Debian packaging for Mercury

Hi,

I've created the Mercury project on gitorious <http://www.gitorious.org/mercury>

If anyone from the Mercury group wants admin access to that group let me know.

I've also created a git repository called mercury-debian which will
use git-buildpackage to manage building debian packages from Mercury
releases.

So far I've followed the steps from
http://www.eyrie.org/~eagle/notes/debian/git.html to upload 10.04.2
into this repository.

The actual work on adding the debian control rules is still to come.

Feel free to clone the repository and help out.
