Just to confirm, the policy for making changes to this branch is to note that
we (all developers) want that in our diffs.  Then to ask you (Julien) to act as
release manager and pull those diffs into this branch on our behalf.

Is this correct?

(I have some things I'd like to fix before the release that I didn't have time
for last week).
