[m-dev.] Mercury backend using ILX

I noticed that Don Syme's paper "ILX: Extending the .NET Common IL for
Functional Language Interoperability" mentions that Mercury had work done on
it for an ILX backend. As far as I can tell the current version of Mercury
only makes use of the CIL and none of the ILX extensions. Is this correct?
