[m-dev.] latest compiler not building

I just checked out the latest version of the compiler and it's not building.
My Mmake.params is:
EXTRA_MCFLAGS=-O5 --intermodule-optimization --opt-space --constraint-propagation

The error I get is:
/home/jupiter/public/mercury-latest/i686-pc-linux-gnu/bin/mmc --make-short-interface --grade asm_fast.gc      --flags COMP_FLAGS  -O5 --intermodule-optimization --opt-space --constraint-propagation    hlds.make_hlds.add_type
gmake[1]: *** No rule to make target `hlds.make_hlds.field_access.int3', needed by `aditi_backend.date0'.  Stop.
gmake[1]: Leaving directory `/home/jupiter/maclarty/solver_test/compiler'
gmake: *** [compiler] Error 2
