Hi all,

Mercury installed on saturn in the usual place,
/home/saturn/public/mercury-latest.  I've boostrapped the compiler at -O5 and
all seems well with the exception of the string_format tests (this may be a
locale related issue).

At the moment you will need to apply Peter Hawkin's patch for x86_64 in order
to compile Mercury on saturn.  That patch (plus the relevant change to
runtime/Mmakefile) are in /home/mercury/juliensf/tmp/X86_64.PATCH.

I've set up everything necessary to run the nightly tests on saturn.  Before
that can happen we will need to update the version of the Boehm collector
we use (currently we use 6.2alpha4).  Any version above 6.5 should be
fine as far as x86_64 support goes.
