[m-dev.] Dynamic type class cast meeting

I've just been chatting to Sam and I think it would be a good idea to
have a meeting to hammer out the details of what should happen and how.
When is good for you chaps?  I can make pretty much any day except for
this coming Monday (house moving Hell.)
