[m-dev.] RPMs for 0.11.0

I've built an RPM (and SRPM) distribution of 0.11.0, on an x86 box
running SuSE 7.0.  They have been uploaded to
<ftp://ftp.mercury.cs.mu.oz.au/pub/mercury/beta-releases/>.

The RPM distribution has not yet been tested.
If anyone could try it out and let me know how it goes, I'd appreciate it.
