[m-dev.] Copyright (was Re: Help with release jobs)

I've just knocked up a script that automatically updates the
copyright lines in our files.  I was mistakenly labouring under
the notion that we wanted something like this done for the release.

Simon has just told me that we only change these dates when we edit
a file.

On the other hand, it's a minor, but common hassle keeping these
things up to date.

Q. Should I just bring all our copyright lines up to date?  It
wouldn't take long with the script.
