[m-dev.] Subversion (CVS replacement) alpha is out

This looks rather neat:

Amongst other things, it handles file renaming and moving the way you'd
expect.  I believe there is also a tool to convert CVS repositories to
SVN repositories.

Worth looking into when 1.0 is released.
