The release is now tagged.  The source distribution is now building.
If all goes well, it should hit the ftp site and the web site download
directory sometime today.  Binary (.tar.gz) distributions for Linux
should also start showing up a little later today.  Production
of Debian/RPM packages and binary distributions for other operating
systems is not yet fully automated and so will happen when someone
gets around to it.
