That is fine.

But this is to some extent fixing the symptom rather than the cause;
we should support EXTRA_MCFLAGS-foo as well as MCFLAGS-foo,
and then you'd use the EXTRA_ version in Mmake.params,
and the problem of library/Mmakefile overriding Mmake.params
or vice versa would be avoided.
