As it says in the comment at the top of the file, the master copy of
run_all_tests_from_cron needs to be updated manually.  I've updated it
for you.

I think the inclusion of hlc.par.gc there is wrong -- I'm pretty sure
that hlc.par.gc doesn't get installed by default, and you haven't done
anything special for the new host that would mean that it gets
installed.
