config.guess:
config.sub:
	New versions of these, from autoconf-2.13.
	These are needed for some new ports.

configure.in:
tools/test_mercury:
tools/run_all_tests_from_cron:
	Update to reflect the fact that the DEC Alpha config names now
	include the processor revision (e.g. `alphaev5-dec-osf3.2'
	rather than `alpha-dec-osf3.2').
