Well, is it? :) Using with_stream would make these overlapping situations
impossible, so it would be nice to be sure that they are unimportant
before forbidding them.

Must admit, these exceptions are really bugging me. I've hardly used them
in my own code (besides the obligatory calls to error which I do not
expect to be caught) which makes it quite hard to anticipate when they
will inadvertedly screw up an interface.
