Here is a preliminary list of features that we may want to make sure
that are in the release
    - sparse_bitset
    - type specialization of library
    - stream stuff (extras or stdlib)
    - tag switch optimization for MLDS
    - better foreign language support
    - compile samples dir for .net backend
    - @ as synonym for `lookup'
