I went to download the ROTD and got the following trying to access
the page


Forbidden
You don't have permission to access
/research/mercury/download/files/beta-releases/ on this server.

Apache/1.3.9 Server at www.cs.mu.oz.au Port 80


The same thing happened for the unstable ROTD page.
