[m-dev.] unscientific benchmarking of MSVC

I benchmarked the hlc.gc and none.gc grade using the MSVC compiler
by running each of the executables from the benchmarks directory 1000
times with following options being passed to the MS C compiler "/Ox /GF /G6".

            Real        User        Sys
hlc.gc:     0m50.767s   0m0.272s    0m0.030s
none.gc:    1m08.002s   0m0.257s    0m0.045s

the hlc.gc executables completed in 74.7% of the time of the none.gc
executables
