[m-dev.] list__zip/2 semantics

I've just had cause to use list__zip/2, but needed
to know which of the argument lists provided the
even numbered members (up to exhaustion of either
list).  Unfortunately this information isn't in
the documentation and I had to go to the
implementation to find out.  Question: is this a
documentation bug or is list__zip/2 supposed to
just provide some arbitrary interleaving of two
lists?
