[m-dev.] tests in tests/debugger/declarative failed

Hi,

Many of the test cases in tests/debugger/declarative are failing
on murlibobo in grade none.gc.  The symptom is that the output
does not match the expected output.

Also the `aadebug' test case there is failing in grades
none.gc and reg.gc; the symptom seems to be a crash
at runtime.

See /home/mercury/public/test_mercury/logs/test_mercury_*.out
for details.

Mark, could you please investigate these test case failures?
