[m-dev.] testing the MSVC port

Hi,

Any suggestions to keep the MSVC port tested regularly?  Currently I
test to see if it bootstraps nightly here at MC.  However it would be
nice if I can make the logs automatically available in Melbourne, or set
up the testing on a Melbourne machine.  So you can all fix your bugs as
soon as they are introduced.
