[m-dev.] accumulator test fails on hg at -O4

I ran the tests on hg.cs.mu.oz.au (using `MCFLAGS = -O4 --opt-space' in
Mmake.params when building the compiler, although the tests themselves
were run without any special options, I think) and I got the following
test failure:

	 | the tests in the general/accumulator directory failed
	 | as some predicates didn't have accumulators introduced
	 | gradeopt=, flagsopt=, cflagsopt=
