[m-dev.] diff: fix readline problem on kryten

Fix a problem with the readline autoconfiguration that
caused compilation to fail on kryten.cs.mu.oz.au.

trace/mercury_trace_readline.c:
        If the readline library was found, but the header files weren't,
        then declare the stuff we need manually.
