If anyone wants to have a play with Wim Vanhoof's very prototype BTA.
I have an installed version of the compiler with it integrated in
/home/ender2/petdr/bta/

You will need a file like <module>.inst so the BTA nows which predicate to
start from.
See /home/ender2/petdr/src/app.inst for an example
