makeinfo doesn't like it:
makeinfo reference_manual.texi
Making info file `mercury_ref.info' from `reference_manual.texi'.
reference_manual.texi:5141: Node `Aditi update notes::' requires a sectioning command (e.g. @top).
I suspect that filling in all the fields of the `@node' command would
make this go away, but I'm going to move all of this up a level or
two soon anyway, so it's not worth the effort.
