I don't like the idea of including the word "research" in the domain name,
even though what we are doing is research, because that word would
discourage industrial users (whose feedback is of course very important
for our research).  Many people are used to research languages being
buggy, unstable, etc.

Therefore I would prefer `mercurylang.org' or `mercuryhq.org'.
