the addition of two new directories

My change populating the browser and trace direectories is now checked in.
If you do a CVS update, you will need to do "mmake depend"s in the library
and browser directories. You will also need to remove debugger_interface.*
in the library directory, otherwise mmake in the browser directory, which
now contains debugger_interface.m, will be confused, since the viewpath
from the browser directory includes the library directory.
