Drop SICStus & NU-Prolog support?

Hi,
The support for SICStus and NU-Prolog in the current Mercury system
will cause maintenance difficulties. There have already been
a couple of bug reports relating to problems in 0.8 caused by the
SICStus support -- one a bug in our binary distribution, another
being an incompatibility introduced by SICStus 3.7 that breaks our
code.
The Prolog support already has a few problems that are noted
in the "Caveats" section in the user's guide. In addition,
as we take more advantage of features like type classes and functions,
the Prolog support will work less and less.
Since we now have a working Mercury debugger, there seems to be
little point in compiling Mercury programs using a Prolog system.
Therefore I propose that we drop the existing support for SICStus
and NU-Prolog.
