don't send mail from murlibobo

Hi all,

Email on murlibobo is broken -- it sometimes delays the mail for long
periods (e.g. 9 days) without any warning.  I have reported the problem
to the sysadmins.  In the mean time, I strongly advise everyone
to avoid using email on murlibobo until further notice.
