status of mercury-developers

The mercury-developers list (and also the mercury-users list)
is not quite working properly at the moment.  However,
if you send mail to

	mercury-developers at cs.mu.oz.au

and also CC it to

	mercury-developers-list at cs.mu.oz.au
			  ^^^^^

then it will get through.  See the headers of this mail for an example.
