recently committed lambda expansion changes

Hi,

Just a couple of points about the changes I committed just before:

- until the changes are installed the stage 1 compiler _must_ be compiled
	with `--args compact' (this is the default, so it shouldn't
	be a problem).

- you'll need to remove mercury_builtin.trans_opt before recompiling 
	the library.
