Split distribution for 0.7.

Hi,

I just put the split distribution I've been using to create the Debian
package onto the ftp site as
	mercury-0.7-core.tar.gz
	mercury-0.7-extras.tar.gz

I've also modified the README to describe these file, and added a few other
extra comments. I don't have a diff (oops) but you can read it from the
site.
