lp_solve distribution

Hi Fergus,

I'm sorry, but I will not allow commercial exploitation of lp_solve to be
license-free. I have no objection to be in the non-free section of Debian,
though.

Before you start thinking of your own implementation (a lot of work), look at
the LP-FAQ site and/or Hans Mittelmann's page on optimization software:

http://plato.la.asu.edu/guide.html

You might find other software with less restrictions on licensing.
