hydra NFS problem

Hi,

Just to let you know: if you get an error message when compiling
runtime/memory.c on hydra about <sys/siginfo.h> not existing,
the problem is due to an NFS bug in Linux 2.1.35.
The work-around is to make sure that you run `configure' on a
local file system rather than an NFS-mounted one.
