mercury & hydra NFS mounts

For your information (in case anything should go wrong):

I've rearranged the NFS mounts on `hydra' and `mercury' to minimize
NFS hangs during times when some file servers are down.  This is
using the usual /mnt/munkora/... directories and symlinks.
