errors when compiling the library (how to fix)

Hi,

If anyone has problems with errors when compiling files in the
`library' directory, just do `rm -f *.optdate' (or `mmake realclean')
and try again.  Simon's changes to implement `:- use_module' changed
the format of the `.opt' files, so you need to force them to be remade.
