There are currently two Mercury 14.01 packages for Windows. The MinGW package uses the MinGW port of GCC. We include MinGW GCC and its supporting libraries in the package so there is no need to install it yourself. The Visual Studio 2013 package will require a Visual Studio 2013 installation. (If you're downloading the Express edition, you need ``Microsoft Visual Studio Express 2013 for Windows Desktop''.) Both packages include the java and csharp grades (built against Java 1.7 and MS C# 5 respectively). If you wish to use these then you will need to make sure that the Java and/or C# compilers are in your PATH. Julien. Message-ID: <20140228020523.GK22178@durif> Hi. We've created a new mailing list Mercury Ads . This new list is intended for advertisements that Mercury developers may be interested in. By and large this will be Conferences' call for papers announcements and similar third party announcements. Posts from non-members will be moderated before being sent to members, so spam is unlikely. By creating a new list rather than using one of the existing lists we've invited people to opt-in and opt-out if they choose. Everyone who is currently subscribed to the Mercury Developers list has been added to this list. If I've subscribed you to the new list and you're unhappy about that you can unsubscribe either: + through the web interface https://www.mercurylang.org/lists/listinfo/ads + or by e-mail, send the word "unsubscribe" to ads-request at lists.mercurylang.org You're welcome to contact me for assistance. If you're not currently subscribed and you'd like to sign up, you can use the same URL above or send the word "subscribe" to the above e-mail address. Thanks. -- Paul Bone
