new ftp sites

The Mercury ftp site has moved from its old address (turiel.cs.mu.oz.au)
to <ftp://ftp.mercury.cs.mu.oz.au/pub/mercury>.

Thanks to Yiorgos Adamopoulos <adamo at dblab.ece.ntua.gr> at the
National Technical University of Athens, Greece, there's also a
new mirror at <ftp://ftp.ntua.gr/pub/lang/mercury/>.
