New binary distributions & new ftp site

Some recent minor news items:

	* Thanks to Tyson Dowd <trd at cs.mu.oz.au>,
	  the Mercury ftp site now includes a Debian package format
	  binary distribution of Mercury 0.8.1 for Linux.

	* Thanks to Marko Schuetz <marko at ki.informatik.uni-frankfurt.de>,
	  the Mercury ftp site now includes a binary distribution
	  of Mercury 0.8 for FreeBSD 3.0.

	* Thanks to Yiorgos Adamopoulos <adamo at dblab.ece.ntua.gr>,
	  there's now a new mirror of the Mercury ftp site,
	  this time in Greece, at <ftp://ftp.ntua.gr/pub/lang/mercury/>.
