Mercury 0.8.1

Source and binary distributions of Mercury release 0.8.1, and a patch
file containing the diffs between 0.8 and 0.8.1, are available via
<http://www.cs.mu.oz.au/mercury/download/release.html>.

This release just corrects some installation problems with the binary
distribution for release 0.8.  If you already have a working installation
of Mercury release 0.8 then there is absolutely no need to upgrade.
